Free WiFi
There is free WiF access throughout the building and on the riverside terrace.  Our network uses 2 security steps to ensure security and to stop other people "Wi-Jacking" our connection ensuring the bandwidth remains exclusively for our residents.

AirCon
Every room features a new LG air-conditioning unit as standard offering fan, cooling and heating facilities.  These units are quiet and economical.

Cable TV Connection
Each room has a cable TV connection with a number of English language channels (including 2 movie channels, BBC, Fox, DW-TV, TV5Monde, Sci-Fi, Australia Network, Cable News Network and others)

Hot Water
Our bathrooms all come with a hot water shower unit.

7 Sqm Balcony
Each room has a large balcony including a large. tiled, work surface with sink.  This is a LARGE balcony by Bangkok standards.

Riverside Terrace
Our riverside terrace is 100 sqm and includes sunloungers, a picnic table and benches providing a peaceful place to pass your free time.

Washing Machine
There are 2 coin operated washing machines located in the utility area.  The smaller machine has a 7kg drum and the larger machine has an 11kg drum allowing a large wash to be done in one load.

Reverse Osmosis Water Fountain
The building has a reverse osmosis (3 stage) water fountain located in the utility area at 1 baht per litre.

Onsite Contact
Marina House has a regular "Farang" resident who is available to deal with questions, general technical issues and as a point of contact to the landlord providing our tenants with peace of mind when it comes to dealing with any problems that you might have.

Keycard Security
Our building is accessed by a touchpad keycard system.

CCTV
We also have a 7 camera CCTV system in place covering public areas and the approach to Marina House.  The Soi is well lit and is not a through route, making it very safe to walk along 24 hours day.
