Marina House is a mid-class apartment building opened in 2008 offering low cost apartments idyllically located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River.  With regular local transport options opening up most of West, North and Central Bangkok from the end of our Soi we are located close enough to the city to be convenient, yet we enjoy a quiet, discrete, life in a friendly local Thai soi.

Most of our 18 rooms have river views and all are furnished with bed (with mattress), wardrobe, desk, drawers, cupboard and bedside table.  All rooms have AirCon, Hot Water and multiple plug sockets.  Each room also features a LARGE 7 Sqm balconies with plenty of natural light through the double glass doors.  The balconies also feature a kitchen corner with fitted sink, large work surface and power points.  There is a washing machine and a Reverse Osmosis water fountain in the utility area.

We operate a "managed" shared, secure, WiFi connection that is accessible in all areas of the building and the garden.  This connection is set-up to ensure that users do not suffer from "torrent-abuse" whilst ensuring that those that do wish to use torrents will be able to utilise the maximum available bandwidth for their file-sharing. Outside we have a fantastic 100 Sqm riverside terrace complete with sun loungers and benches.  There are numerous plants and 2 ponds outside making it a quiet, pleasant, place to enjoy a meal or read a book.

Nearby we have a Tesco Lotus, a 5 times weekly farmer's market, a foot ferry to Samsen and plenty of buses all over the West and Centre of Bangkok.  There are NEVER a shortage of taxis from the top of our Soi who will ALWAYS use the meter.

We operate a 1 month rolling contract.
